Domestic Violence: How To Get Help When You're Scared Of The Consequences

Welcome

I believe what is accomplished in psychotherapy is co-created by both the patient and the therapist. I am interactive and relational. I have training and experience in a wide variety of issues and have worked with people from many different backgrounds. I believe in tailoring the treatment to the individual rather than trying to fit the person into a particular theory.

Therapy is about self-actualization. There are many roadblocks to becoming the person we want to be. I see therapy as a way of understanding and eliminating these blocks. Self-knowledge provides us with choices. When we understand our patterns, it becomes easier to get past them.

I am warm, empathic, and interactive. I engage with my clients to provide an atmosphere that can be safe as well as transformative.
